Shipping Info

We ship using DHL Express Courier Service for international dispatched and Poslaju Courier Service within Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak including Labuan. Kindly enquire via email maxliu8@gmail.com for a quotation, shipping charges for respective countries before ordering. 

Poslaju Courier Service - Within Malaysia only

1.   Kindly ensure all addresses & contact numbers are correct to ensure punctual delivery and to prevent missing parcels. 

2.   We shall not be liable for any late delivery due to the wrong delivery address or contact number or absent of the Receiver.

3.  If the order is returned to us by our courier company due to the Absence of the Receiver/Wrong address/Wrong Contact No, we will contact customer immediately. However, customer shall bear the cost of 2^nd delivery attempt. Cancellation of order & refund shall not be entertained.

4.   Max bio light reserves the right to decide the cheapest & most effective courier company based on your location & weight of your goods.

Estimated Time of Arrival

Peninsular Malaysia - take 1-2 working days via Poslaju

Sabah & Sarawak & Labuan - 2-4 working days via Poslaju 

Outside Malaysia (International Customer) -  depending to area destination via DHL Express/Ems/Malaysia Air Post

DHL parcel - International 

For International Customer, you  may enquire at maxliu8@gmail.com  for inquiry on pricing  shipping charges on package weight for respective countries before ordering.

EMS/Malaysia Air Post 

For International Customer, if you require to ship parcel with other courier service provider like EMS (Express Malaysia Services), Malaysia Air Post can be arrange. 

Delivery Period

• All shipping time stated above are estimates provided by our courier partner,  We bear no responsibility for any late delivery due weather conditions or other reasons after posting.

• International posting will have to depend on the country of destination. We will advise delivery period together with shipping charges in your enquiry reply.

Tracing & Tracking Parcel

• Once posted, we will e-mail you the Tracking Number together with the selected Courier Company Website link for your tracing.
• We will not be liable for missing packages due to faults in the courier/postal systems. However, we will do our best to assist in locating the parcel.

Please take note that for international shipping, you might have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods in your country. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties. However, sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes, please check with your local authorities if you are unsure.
